14. Uniform Requirement

All employees are required to wear the designated company uniform during working hours. Remote videographers have the option to adhere to the uniform policy at their discretion.

15. Utilization of Company Assets

All employees are required to utilize company-owned vehicles, facilities, properties, and any other assets designated for work purposes by the team leader. Individual use of company assets for personal purposes is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use or misuse of company assets may result in disciplinary action and consequences for the responsible individual.

16. Accountability for Video Production Policy

All employees and videographers are responsible for adhering to the company's Video Production Policy. Any mistakes, violations, or breaches of the Video Production Policy by employees or videographers are the sole responsibility of the individual involved. Luxury Richland Company will take appropriate disciplinary action in cases of non-compliance with the Video Production Policy, which may include termination of employment or termination of contract for videographers.

17. Personal Video Production Accountability

Employees and videographers who choose to engage in video production activities outside of company hours and under their personal choice are solely responsible for any consequences arising from such activities. In the event of property policy violations or breaches of individuals' privacy as a result of personal video production endeavors, employees and videographers are accountable for any associated legal or ethical implications, independent of the company's involvement. This addition underscores the personal accountability of employees and videographers for their actions outside of company hours, emphasizing the importance of ethical conduct and compliance with property and privacy policies.

18. The company's red lines

Tattoos and piercings are prohibited for employees, and it is one of our hiring conditions that employees must not have tattoos and piercings.

Additionally, during employment in the company, all employees are obligated to adhere to this rule. Any symbols and flags on uniforms are prohibited.

Wearing hats outside the company building during working hours and official duties is permitted, but only the hats provided with the company logo are allowed for employees.

19. Additional Provisions

Luxury Richland Company reserves the right to add, modify, or remove provisions from this policy as deemed necessary to reflect evolving business needs and legal requirements. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to all stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
