8. Employee Responsibility Regarding Adult Content
While Luxury Richland Company strictly prohibits the production of adult content under its name, we recognize the autonomy of our employees. However, any employee who chooses to engage in the production of adult content outside of their employment with the company does so under their own responsibility. Should such activity come to our attention, it will result in termination of employment and may be subject to legal action.
Furthermore, if an employee engages in the production of adult content under the name of Luxury Richland Company without proper authorization, we will initiate all necessary legal processes to address the violation. We emphasize that we do not permit any videographer to create adult content under our company name under any circumstances.
9. Additional Provisions
Luxury Richland Company reserves the right to add, modify, or remove provisions from this policy as deemed necessary to reflect evolving business needs and legal requirements. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to all management team in a timely and transparent manner.
